Here at Supplement Advice our background is from 10 years of professional sport where over these years we have trained for strength, speed, power and endurance and have looked to sports supplements to help me get an edge with my training. We have personally been through both stages of weight gain to put on size and strength as well as the opposite, weight loss, becoming leaner and reducing body fat. Although we are an advocate of supplements it has to be said that results are always very individual and things like taste vary with individual opinion and you cannot expect the supplements to do the work for you, they won’t, they will only help what work and effort you are putting in. The supplements people use may only make up 10% of their diet so what they are eating for the other 90% and how they are training may have the biggest effects.
